We've been waiting for this photo! Ever since "First Lady" Lady Bird Johnson campaigned for a prettier springtime in Washington, there have been daffodils everywhere we look in D.C. This image was taken at the National Cherry Blossom Festival, along the Tidal Basin, on March 30, 2008.
